Design Services
Our interior design and styling services are customized to your specific needs. Once work has commenced:
- Initial consultation fees are non-refundable
- Design concept fees are non-refundable once concepts are delivered
- Project cancellations must be submitted in writing
- Refunds for cancelled projects are calculated based on work completed
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
Furniture and Products
For furniture and decorative items purchased through Artisticppglowau:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Custom-ordered or made-to-order items are non-returnable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value:
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Exchange shipping fees may apply
- Custom items cannot be exchanged
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-designed or personalized furniture and decor
- Clearance or final sale items
- Textiles and soft furnishings that have been used or washed
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Digital design files and consultations
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email notification of receipt
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely in original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Cancellation Policy
For service cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Cancellations before work begins may receive partial refunds
- Cancellations after work has commenced are subject to fees based on completed work
- Scheduled appointments require 48 hours notice for cancellation
